Refund policy

General Policy

We strive to ensure that every product delivered meets our quality standards. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, we offer a structured review process and provide store credit upon approval.

Please note that we do not offer refunds to the original payment method. All approved refunds are issued only in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Please Note

  • All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Refunds, where approved, will be issued only as store credit. No cash, bank transfer, UPI, card, or wallet refunds are provided.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs initially.
  • If a product is confirmed as defective after final inspection, we will reimburse return shipping costs up to ₹100 in the form of store credit.
  • All returns are subject to both preliminary approval and final physical inspection.
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Custom-made products, made-to-order items, and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Defective Item Returns

If you believe you have received a defective product, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email our support team within 7 days of receiving your order at 📧 vkydindia@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number.
    • Clear photographs showing the defect.
    • A brief explanation of the issue.
  2. Preliminary Review: Our team will review the information shared. If the request is preliminarily approved, return instructions will be provided.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers must ship the item back to our warehouse at their own cost. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
  4. Final Inspection: Once the item is received, our quality control team will conduct a physical inspection.

Based on Final Physical Inspection at our Facilities:

  • If the defect is confirmed:
    • We will issue store credit equal to the value of the product.
    • We will reimburse your return shipping cost up to ₹100 via additional store credit upon presentation of actual cost.
    • Store credit is typically issued within 7–10 business days after final inspection.
  • If no defect is found:
    • No store credit will be issued. 
    • Pay return shipping to have the item sent back to you, or Opt for destruction of the item at our facility
    • Choosing destruction is irreversible and waives any future claims related to that item.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn, in original condition, and has all tags attached.
  • The requested new size is in stock.
  • The customer bears all shipping costs (both return and re-shipment).

Exchange Process:

  • Email us within 7 days of receiving your order at 📧 vkydindia@gmail.com with clear photos showing the item in original condition.
  • Upon preliminary approval, we will send you return instructions.
  • Once received and inspected, if approved, we will ship your requested new size.

Returns for Store Credit (Non-Defective Items)

  • We do not allow store credit returns for non-defective items.
  • Only defective items are eligible for return and store credit as per the process outlined above.
  • Shipping costs for returning defective items are reimbursed up to ₹100 only if the defect is confirmed after final inspection.
  • Shipping costs for non-defective items (if mistakenly sent back) are not reimbursed under any circumstance.

Order Cancellations

  • Once Order is placed it cannot be cancelled or modified. 
  • We do not offer refunds or adjustments for price changes or promotional discounts after the order has been placed.

Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, misrouted, or returned packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • We are not liable for any damages occurring during transit. In such cases, customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier.
  • Slight variations in color, texture, or finish due to small-batch production are normal and do not qualify as defects.
  • If your returned item does not meet our return conditions, you will have the option to pay for shipping to have the item sent back to you.
